Tom's
past career indicated he had cutting fluid in his
blood. Being a former tool and die instructor at
Florence/Darlington Technical College, a machinist for a
large manufacturing company, and a member of management
at a large valve manufacturing company, equipped Tom
with the abilities to be a hands on
President/Manufacturing manager.
Providing
CNC and Screw machine produced components to the medical, welding,
power transmission, distribution,
industrial switch components, and valve industries, as well as many others,
Screwmatics ensures quality products by embracing a ISO 9001
registered quality system. They've achieved
this by being fortunate enough to employ several of
Tom's former associates with extensive machining and
quality backgrounds. Along with continuous
improvement, training, and by investing in modern
state-of-the-art equipment, this small team has grown to
over 60 members poised to serve diverse machining
requirements.
Now
twenty years later, Tom and a well trained and
experienced management team continue to supply these
inustries with quality assured parts.
Screwmatics continues to prosper, and has experienced
steady growth. This growth is attributed to customer
oriented management’s dedication to continuous
improvement, which includes, continuous training of
employees, state of the art equipment, and maintaining a
quality system which is ISO 9001 registered.
This
group is eager to assist in your machined components or
sub-assembly requirements.
We
operate from 50,000 square feet facilities with most
areas climate controlled.
We also
adhere to a documented environmental policy.
